Admin Portal Users

Once you have access to the admin portal, as an Moneyhub API Admin you will be able to access tabs which will allow you to manage the following resources:

API Clients

API Users

API Businesses, Software & Certificates

Self serve options

If you have been granted the relevant administrative permissions you will be able to give your colleagues access your API Clients and API Businesses. You will only be able to view users who have signed up with the same email domain. If there is a user that you want to link but cannot see them, or you haven't got the required permissions, then don't hesitate to ask and we'll be happy to do this for you.

Add a colleague to your API Client

If there are users that can be linked, then you'll be able to click the circle in the bottom right corner and select "Link to user". You should see a list of users that can be linked. Selecting one of these will link the user to the client, and allow them to view and edit it.

Add a colleague to your API Business

As with clients, from the business view page, you will be able to click the circle in the bottom right corner and select "Link to user" if there are any users that can be linked. Selecting a user from the list will allow them to view, and edit if they have that permission, the business, software, certificates and credentials.
