What to Do if You Have Unpaid Wages or Settlements Waiting for You?

Hi everyone — hoping someone here has advice. I recently left my old job (retail) and they still haven’t paid me my last paycheck, even though it’s been over 3 weeks. I also had some unused vacation time I was supposed to be paid out for. I’ve emailed HR twice but no answer. What should I do next?
