Retrieve all accounts for a user

https://api.moneyhub.co.uk/v3/accounts

Requires accounts:read scope. Optional scope accounts_details:read is needed for some extra fields such as account number and sort code. Optional scope account_identifiers:masked (when enabled for your API client and included on the token) masks account identifier fields in the response. See Sensitive information. Please note: field additionalBalances is currently in beta
